Irena Jurca is a visual artist who works predominantly with photography. In her works, she utilises a self-reflective approach to explore interplay between microcosm and macrocosm. 

Her artistic practice revolves around the mystery, complexity and transience of life. Working in spirit of both contemplation and intuition, in balance between the intentional and the unexpected, knowledge and mistakes.

She is interested in how visual images evokes emotional response and transcend element of beauty that can surpass our comprehension.
